You can delete your Awaken: AI Fitness RPG account and all the data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email. You don't need the app installed to ask by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Awaken and go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
2. Confirm. Your leaderboard entry is removed straight away, and the app shows the date your account will be deleted and signs you out.
3. 30 days later, your account and cloud save are permanently deleted. Changed your mind? Sign in again with the same Google account before then and tap Keep my account.

No app? Ask by email

1. Email us from the Gmail address you sign in to Awaken with: support@awaken.org.in, with the subject "Delete my Awaken account". Adding your hunter name helps us find your account.
2. We confirm your request. We reply to confirm it, usually within 2 working days. If you wrote from a different address, we ask you to confirm from the address you sign in with, so nobody else can delete your account.
3. Your leaderboard entry is removed as soon as we confirm.
4. 30 days after your request, we permanently delete your account and cloud save and email you when it's done. Changed your mind? Reply to our confirmation email within those 30 days and we cancel the deletion.

What we delete

• Your Awaken account: the link to your Google account, and your name, email address and profile picture link.
• Your cloud save: your hunter name, profile photo, age, height and weight, quests, progress history, XP, levels, ranks, streaks, achievements, workouts, rep counts, run routes and all other game data.
• Your leaderboard entry.
• Your sign-in history, device records and usage statistics.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep nothing else.

Data on your phone

Progress photos are never on our servers, and the copy of your progress kept on your phone (including its copy of your profile photo) stays there, so deleting your account doesn't touch them. To remove them, open Awaken and go to Settings › Data › Erase all progress, or uninstall the app. Erasing progress resets your progress on that phone and in your cloud save, but keeps your account.

Delete only some data

• Leave the leaderboard: Settings › Account › switch off "Show me on the season leaderboard". Your entry is removed immediately and your account is kept.
• Anything else: email support@awaken.org.in saying what you want deleted (for example your run routes), and we delete it within 30 days.

Removing Awaken's access to your Google account

You can also remove Awaken from your Google Account's third-party connections. This stops Awaken from signing in with that account but does not delete your data from our servers, so please request deletion as described above as well.
