1Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Awaken Dev's ("we", "us") for your use of the Awaken: AI Fitness RPG app ("Awaken") and this website. By installing or using Awaken you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Awaken.

2Who can use Awaken

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Awaken only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the app.

3Your account

You sign in to Awaken with your Google account. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for what happens in Awaken under it. One account is for one person.

4Health and safety

Awaken is a fitness game, not medical advice. Its quests, exercise guides, rep counts, distances and calorie figures are there to motivate you and are estimates that can be wrong.

  • Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition or an injury, or are pregnant.
  • Train within your limits and use good form. Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath.
  • Make sure the space around you is safe before exercising in front of the camera.
  • On walks and runs, stay aware of your surroundings, follow traffic rules and don't look at your phone while moving.

You exercise at your own risk.

5Fair play

When using Awaken, you agree not to:

We may remove hunter names, reset or remove leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6Leaderboard and seasons

Seasons last 100 days. We may correct or reset rankings, for example to fix errors or remove cheating. There are no prizes unless we clearly announce them with their own rules.

7Test versions

Test and pre-release versions of Awaken, including Google Play closed testing builds, may have bugs, may change or remove features, and may lose data. Export a backup regularly (Settings › Backup › Export). If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Awaken without any obligation to you.

8The service and changes

Awaken is currently free. If we add paid features in future, we will show their price and terms clearly before you pay. We may add, change, pause or stop features or the service as a whole, and will try to give you notice of significant changes.

9Ownership

Awaken, including its design, artwork, animations, sounds and text, belongs to Awaken Dev's or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we can revoke, to use the app on your own devices for non-commercial purposes.

Your data stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run Awaken as described in our Privacy Policy, including showing your leaderboard details to other players while that setting is on.

10Third-party services

Awaken relies on services from others, including Google Play, Google Sign-In and Supabase. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for those services.

11Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Awaken is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that it will produce any particular fitness result.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Awaken Dev's is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, or injuries that result from exercising, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Awaken in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13Ending your use

You can stop using Awaken at any time and ask us to delete your account; we permanently delete your account and cloud save 30 days after your request, as explained on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 4, 9, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after your use ends.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

15Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date, and tell you in the app about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Awaken after that, you accept the new terms.
